Mission: To serve as a full partner to the Pastor, managing the business affairs of the church so that the Pastor may focus his primary attention on the development of the core ministries through which the Church fulfills its mission. Purpose: The purpose of the Trustee Ministry is to ensure that a vision for the church is in place and that the operations of the Church properly support the vision. Thus, the Trustee Ministry is charged with leadership of resource allocations to meet business objectives, financial management, business administration, facilities, media, legal and personnel functions that help support the Church’s overall ministry. Vision: To achieve and maintain adequate and diligent supervision of the Church’s property and resources, and establish and maintain a standard of business operations which should reflect the principal of stewardship as outlined in God’s Word.
